A two hour, in-home design meeting is a great place to begin any project.
Cost $150
Room Design
Design service includes:
3D Renderings Of Each Room
Initial design consultation
Construction documents/Technical Drawings (Can be used for DIY building or sent as building plans to contractors)
Digital material board
Presentation meeting
One free design edit
After your initial consultation, if it is decided that drawings and designs will be made, the $150 consultation fee will be deducted from design cost (example: $900 kitchen design - $150. meaning that $750 will need to be paid for designs, for a total of $900 ).
Payment of 50% of the total cost is required before design services begin. Remaining 50% will be required before drawings are delivered to you or your contractor.
Additional edits will be $50 per session.
Additional design meetings are billed at $50 per hour (meetings onsite, meetings with vendors or retail establishment or meetings with contractors).
Per Unit Pricing:
Kitchen: $900
Bathroom: $400
Other rooms: $300 per (bedrooms, dining rooms, office, living rooms)
Home exterior mock-ups: $400 (renderings and materials only)
Have more than one room to work on? Room costs are a la carte.
Example: Kitchen + 2 Bathrooms = $1700
